This Salmon dish is SO fresh and easy to make! Our family eats Salmon 1-2 times per week, so I am always looking for new ways to prepare it...this one is a definite winner! The Avocado Salsa is very versatile and is great paired with fish, chicken, pork, turkey, beef, pasta, baked potatoes, etc. It is wonderful on top of a Turkey Burger!
